It will help CEO’s when they have staff; it will make their work easier. The catch for me for the app is the target and order count feature. I really love the target feature and the fact that it reminds me if I have reached or exceeded my order target. The second catch is the quick summary tab and the list of pending orders helps the team not forget pending orders instead of the stick-on notes they use or blackboard so orders aren’t mixed up. I like the follow-up feature. I know i’ll know more as I interact with the app. It’s not something that will stress a business owner.

The app gives the customer a feeling of knowing every process of the order. It helps take the customers with me when I have an order. If there is a delay, they will also be notified. It is very customer-friendly. It gives records of all that’s being carried out in the business over time, and that’s good. I love the part when you can just update the order status via the app without having to go to the customer directly. The app helps keep everybody on the same page even when the manager isn’t around. There’s a picture of the cake, the delivery date and all the required information to bake and deliver. As long as the team have access to the app, everyone sees all the information they need.
